About Me

Avaron is a Paradise Wolf, born completely blind. She was one of the last Paradise Wolves born in Tamriel, south of Elanti, and eventually became the last when her mother was hunted down, and her father refused to eat from depression, dying from hunger. Once she reached adolescence, she left to live with her own kind. However, upon jumping aboard a ship that was headed for another country, she was caught in a storm and the ship smashed into a rock. Avaron managed to escape before the ship completely sunk, and made her way to an island in the distance- Elanti.

From there, she made her residence in the rainforest. Still without any sign of another Paradise Wolf, she hopes that one day she will be able to see another of her own kind, and constantly worries and think that there is the possibility that she is the last Paradise Wolf alive. Avaron's voice is very beautiful and gentle, and is often found singing songs and tales of Tamriel.

Avaron has excellent hearing, due to her lack of eyesight and large ears. Her ears naturally fall back on her head so she doesn't tear her ears while navigating the jungle floor. Because she is very small- only about 3 feet high and 5 feet from nose to tail- she is very quick and light on her feet. Her teeth naturally secret a light poison that causes disorientation and sluggishness in order to protect herself and take down larger prey. However, this poison also effects other wolves- the only ones immune to this being other Paradise Wolves. She has no fur whatsoever, only feathers.

She is quite peaceful and kind, but very cautious due to her lack of sight. She loves to play, as long as the rules and the situation is fair for her. Her glowing markings attract insects that she eats, besides the roots, fruits, fish and small animals she may also feast on. Her markings, as well as her eyes, glow in the dark, but are pale in the day. Also, her markings can also mesmerise and hypnotise anyone who looks directly at them, allowing her to attack (which she rarely does) or escape. In order to do this, she opens her feathers, reminiscent of a peacock.

Autumn (Winter is coming...)

Rainforest Pack- With things cooling down in preparation for winter, the humidity is also lowering, and things should be rather comfortable for you now. The large leaves should keep most of the heat in, but don't expect things to stay warm for very long.

Plains Pack- The sun isn't as strong, now that summer has passed, so you should be free to wander your territory without the uncomfort of the burning sun. Food should be average- the cows aren't really going anywhere, but still try not to overhunt.

Oceans Pack- Winds coming from the ocean will definitely cool things down more, although the sun still is shining. Staying in your cave with the warmth of a fire by night should give you the warmth you need. That, or going to other packs is an option. Food is rather scarce, with some fish migrating to warmer waters, so you may need to hunt elsewhere.

Waterfall Pack- With lots of the trees shedding their leaves, there isn't much cover from the sun, although you don't really need it. Because of the incoming cold, staying warm indoors is probably the best way to go, and don't forget to catch those birds before they fly south for the winter.

Volcano Pack- Animals should be started to gather food for hibernation, so you may want to catch them quick before they disappear for the next three months. The waters between the main island and the volcano are much colder and have stronger currents, so moving between the two will islands will be difficult.

Mountain Pack- Be prepared for a cold winter ahead and lots of snow. Enjoy the warm sun while you still can before the cold catches you next season. It's also a good idea to hunt and store your food, so that you won't starve during the winter.

Borderlands- The canopy is painted with orange and yellow, and slowly disappearing. Although it proves as good camouflage for orange and red wolves, it won't help to hide you. Animals are also disappearing in preparaiton for hibernation, and the forest is quickly quietening down.

Heaven- No news
